Counting Breaths

Relax and Manage Stress

I recline in the Dentist's chair and find a bold notice on the ceiling 'Breathe'  The Eye Specialist says 'keep breathing' when measuring the pressure of fluid inside the eyes. The EKG technician says 'keep breathing' when checking the heartObviously, the doctors found many of us breathing in an unhealthy manner.

Here is the simple technique of passively 'Focusing on breathing'. It helps in routinely becoming aware of your breathing and automatically restores its healthy pattern. It is made so easy that even 2 year old children are able to use it. Begin its practice lying comfortably in bed, when you need to sleep and immediately on waking up! Gradually extend the practice to the idle, wandering and stressful times of the mind, any place, any time, in any posture, even while working! Prevent accumulation of stress and enjoy a better state of Mind, Body and Relationships.  Test this technique right now, sitting in the chair. Experience the calmness and relaxation.
